We use it to answer your message, prepare a treatment plan and a quote, book and manage appointments, provide dental care and aftercare, keep the clinical and accounting records the law requires, and protect the forms from abuse. Photographs or X-rays you choose to send are used only to assess and plan treatment.
For people in the European Economic Area we rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b) when we need the data to reply or to take the steps you ask for before treatment, Article 6(1)(c) when Turkish law requires a clinical or tax record, and Article 6(1)(a) consent for optional statistics and marketing tools and for health information you send through the website before you are a patient. Health data is special-category data under Article 9. We use it to provide healthcare, or on the explicit consent of that message. Under Turkish KVKK the same purposes rest on Articles 5 and 6.
We do not sell personal data. Google reCAPTCHA loads only when you submit a form. It is necessary to send the form: Google receives the check and your IP address at that moment, and it is not loaded on pages you only read. Google Maps loads only if you accept marketing cookies or press Show the map. Google Analytics or Tag Manager loads only if the clinic has switched them on and you accept statistics cookies. WhatsApp (Meta) receives a message only if you open a chat. The company that hosts aytdent.com processes connection data in order to deliver the pages. The clinic reads what you send. Fonts and flag icons are stored on this site.
The clinic is in Turkey. A message sent from the EU is transferred to Turkey so that we can reply and treat you. We make that transfer because it is necessary for the request you send (GDPR Article 49(1)(b)). The form tells you, before you send it, that the clinic is in Antalya.
Enquiry messages are kept while we are in contact about your treatment and then for up to three years, unless a clinical or accounting rule requires longer. Appointment and treatment records follow the Turkish health and tax periods. Your cookie choice stays in this browser until you change it or clear the site data. Logs kept by the host follow the host’s ordinary short retention.
Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, and a copy of your data, and you can object where the law allows. You can withdraw consent at any time. Cookie settings in the footer changes your cookie choice, including a rejection of the optional categories. You can complain to your EU supervisory authority and to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK). Under KVKK Article 11 you can ask whether we process your data, for which purpose, and to whom it was transferred, and you can ask for correction or deletion and object to a result produced solely by automated means.
