These terms apply to aytdent.com. Using the site or sending a form means you have read them. They are not themselves a contract for treatment. Treatment starts only after you and the clinic agree a plan.
You can request a time online, by phone, email, or WhatsApp. Online booking follows the clinic calendar: Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:00 clinic time (Europe/Istanbul). A request is confirmed when the clinic says so. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move a confirmed time.
Prices on the site are starting prices. The plan and the cost are confirmed after we have looked at your case. No treatment goes ahead without your agreement to that plan.
You are responsible for a true medical history, including medicines and allergies. Leaving something out can change whether a treatment is safe.
Flights, hotels, and insurance are yours unless we agree otherwise in writing. We plan visits around your dates when that is clinically possible.
Results differ from person to person. Risks and alternatives are discussed before a procedure. The website is general information, not a diagnosis, and the forms are not an emergency service. If you need urgent care, contact a local emergency service or call the clinic.
