Permanent replacements for missing teeth, from €350 per implant — placed by a dentist with 30+ years of European-trained experience.
A dental implant is a small titanium post that takes the place of a missing tooth root. Once it has fused with the jawbone it supports a crown, bridge or denture that looks and functions like a natural tooth. Unlike a removable denture, an implant stays put — you can eat, speak and laugh without thinking about it.
At AYT Dent we work with internationally recognised implant systems from Swiss, German, Swedish and Korean manufacturers, alongside quality local brands, so there is an option at several price points. For patients missing most or all of their teeth, All-on-4 and All-on-6 solutions restore a full arch on just four or six implants.
Implants suit most adults who have lost one or more teeth and are in reasonable general health. What matters most is enough healthy jawbone to hold the implant — and where bone has receded, grafting can often build it back up. Smoking, uncontrolled diabetes and gum disease all affect healing, so we discuss these openly before planning treatment. Send us an X-ray or CT scan and we will tell you honestly whether implants are the right choice for you.
Treatment begins with imaging and a written plan. At the placement appointment the area is fully numbed, the implant is inserted into the jawbone and the gum is closed over it — most patients are surprised how straightforward this is, and mild soreness for a few days is the usual extent of the discomfort. The implant then needs time to fuse with the bone, typically three to five months. Once healed, we fit the permanent crown, matched in shape and shade to your other teeth. Where your case allows, we can shorten this to a single extended stay.
Care for an implant exactly as you would a natural tooth: brush twice daily, clean between the teeth and keep up regular check-ups. Well-maintained implants routinely last fifteen to twenty years and often a lifetime; the crown on top may need replacing sooner. We provide written aftercare instructions and stay reachable by WhatsApp once you are home.
Our implants start at €350, compared with a typical €2,000–€3,000 per implant in the Netherlands and Germany. Patients generally save 50–70% overall while receiving the same premium implant systems and materials. Your quote is itemised and fixed before treatment begins, so the price you are given is the price you pay.
The placement itself is done under local anaesthetic and is not painful. Most patients report mild soreness and some swelling for two to three days afterwards, which ordinary painkillers handle comfortably.
Usually two: a short visit to place the implant, and a second after healing to fit the permanent crown. Depending on your case a single longer stay is sometimes possible — your plan states this clearly before you book flights.
Send us photos or X-rays and we will prepare a personalised plan with a transparent price — free and without obligation.
